Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Pork Loin (lean, boneless)
  • 1 cup Barley (pearled)
  • 1 cup Butternut Squash (peeled, diced)
  • 0.5 cup Kale (stems removed, chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Safflower Oil

Instructions

  1. Add diced pork loin, squash, barley, and chopped kale to slow cooker. Add 3 cups water.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. Stir in safflower oil, mash any large squash chunks, and let cool before feeding.
