Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast (boneless)
  • 1 cup Oats (whole)
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 0.5 cup Green Beans (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breast, pumpkin, oats, green beans, and coconut oil in slow cooker. Add 2 cups water.
  2. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or high for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken using forks, stir the stew, and cool completely.
